The email may be resent periodically when the user tries to resynchronize email. Trying to delete the email from Outbox fails.

Cause: There is no documented cause for this behavior in Outlook, but the fix is as follows:

Fix:
In Outlook
 File --> Work Offline
 Wait 5 minutes
Try to delete message from Outbox.
If it fails...
 File-->Exit
 Wait 5 minutes
 Restart Outlook, remain offline.
Try to delete message from Outbox.

If the above doesn't work, then rebuilding or recreating the Outlook PST file is recommended.

The sender reports "error 451" Sender Verify Failed.

SYMPTOM:
Someone who's trying to send me email tells me that his messages have been bouncing with an error: 451-DEFER - Sender Verify Failed - Domain [sendersdomain.com] tells us 451 sender's email address [yourfriend@sendersdomain.com] is invalid.

CAUSE:
The person trying to send mail to you is using an incorrectly configured mail server. The other mail server's administrators have implemented Sender Address Verification ("SAV") using the <NULL> sender account. So when they attempt to verify an address their server connects and says HELO as <NULL> requesting verification of you@yourdomain.com. DDC, like all properly configured mail hosting organizations will deny these messages since they are the principal source of "Backscatter SPAM". The <NULL> sender is the source of backscatter SPAM.

FIX:
The other user should request proper configuration of their mailserver. The other party's mailserver needs to connect to DDC as some_real_user@mail.services.com. This is a configuration option in every Server Address Verification implementation. In this case, the other party's mail server hasn't configured it.

This article describes how to recover a private key after you use the Certificates Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in to delete the original certificate in Internet Information Services (IIS). You delete the original certificate from the personal folder in the local computer's certificate store. This article assumes that you have the matching certificate file backed up as a PKCS#7 file, as a .cer file, or as a .crt file.

MORE INFORMATION
When you delete a certificate on a computer that is running any one of the following versions of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS), the corresponding private key is not deleted:
Microsoft Internet Information Services 5.0
Microsoft Internet Information Services 5.1
Microsoft Internet Information Services 6.0

To assign the existing private key to a new certificate, you must use the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 version of Certutil.exe. To do this, follow these steps:
Log on to the computer that issued the certificate request by using an account that has administrative permissions.
Click Start, click Run, type mmc, and then click OK.
On the File menu, click Add/Remove Snap-in.
In the Add/Remove Snap-in dialog box, click Add.
Click Certificates, and then click Add.
In the Certificates snap-in dialog box, click Computer account, and then click Next.
In the Select Computer dialog box, click Local computer: (the computer this console is running on), and then click Finish.
Click Close, and then click OK.
In the Certificates snap-in, expand Certificates, right-click the Personal folder, point to All Tasks, and then click Import.
On the Welcome to the Certificate Import Wizard page, click Next.
On the File to Import page, click Browse.
In the Open dialog box, click the new certificate, click Open, and then click Next.
On the Certificate Store page, click Place all certificates in the following store, and then click Browse.
In the Select Certificate Store dialog box, click Personal, click OK, click Next, and then click Finish.
In the Certificates snap-in, double-click the imported certificate that is in the Personal folder.
In the Certificate dialog box, click the Details tab.
Click Serial Number in the Field column of the Details tab, highlight the serial number, and then write down the serial number.
Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.
At the command prompt, type the following:
certutil -repairstore my "SerialNumber"

SerialNumber is the serial number that you wrote down in step 17.
In the Certificates snap-in, right-click Certificates, and then click Refresh.

The certificate now has an associated private key.
You can now use the IIS MMC to assign the recovered keyset (certificate) to the Web site that you want.

Email I send is bounced.
